Is cotton gauze a difficult fabric to care for, like linen is?
Cotton gauze is much easier to care for and in most cases does not need ironing. I hand wash my gauze apparel in Woolite. Gauze is comfortable and great for summer. These days most linen fabrics can be hand wash rather than dried cleaned. I don’t like the way the grain of linen feels unless it’s lined. Linen does have a tendency to wrinkle. However, I do like linen for a more “dressy” look and most suitable for the workplace. I hope this will help you in making your decision because fabric is important!
