• My 40-year-old husband has had numerous surgeries, initial Temodar and radiation treatments, allergic to Temodar, and had three treatments of BCNU. Now he is having CPT 11 every two weeks. He is on a low dose because he tested positive for becoming toxic. After his second dose, he had diarrhea. Are there any more choices for treatments if he can not continue with CPT 11? • I had a CT scan of my brain last week because of a strange pressure sensation I have been having on the left side of my head for a while. They said that, while most things were normal, “there appeared assymmetry in the lateral ventricles, larger on the left, with a slight bowing of the septum pellucidum to the right of the midline”. I have no clue what this means, and my doctor said this is way out of his league and I should go to a neurologist. I will as soon as I can get an appointment.
