Is cooking with fake butter (country crock) ruining my pans?
ok first lets talk about fake butter.it is the worst thing for your body. It is missing one chemical from being a plastic bowl. DON’T USE IT!!! If you are concerned about your cholesterol increase your protein and decrease your carbs. Never eat anything that’s LIGHT, it has added carbs. My cholestrol went down 100 points in 12 weeks by doing away with carbs. I ate butter, eggs, meat, bacon, etc. I did not eat bread, potatoes, pasta, rice or any processed carbs. I ate very small portions of vegetables, and snacked on celery with peanut butter, or blueberries and strawberries. And I ate green salad. Most cholesterol is created in the body. When we have a diet high in carbs, the pancreas creates insulin and when we have too much, it triggers the liver creates cholesterol.
