Is Converged Enhanced Ethernet (CEE) suitable for IPC traffic?

I’m interested in feedback regarding how well clustering will work using the Converged Enhanced Ethernet (CEE) e.g. using the emerging RDMA over CEE protocol. Clustering has short lived small transactions of thousands of nodes. The RoCEE relies on losslessness of the switch for the fast path, but if the switch drops packets due to CRC then it drops down to the slow path in the software and the performance is impacted.. Also, I’m wondering how do you do all-to-all clustering of large node counts only with 8 priority classes of a CEE switch..
