Is construction electrician a good job in the navy?

HOORAH SEA BEE! Sea Bee rates are really good at getting folks trained in a job that easily carries into the civilian work force. Yes you go overseas both in peace and war time depending. Women do the same thing as men and more than half do as good a job. Unfortunately EOE in this country does allow women that can’t do the job into those rates so PLEASE, I’m begging you, do your job! You will have to complete the Sea Bee handbooks 1 and 2 and they do have combat training in there to make you familiar with the practices. You won’t get any real hands on combat training unless you’re being deployed but you will get range time… LISTEN to your Gunners Mates, lol! BTW… several CB units have been deployed to Iraw and I served with them in Fallujah. It’s not a cake walk job… we did PSD (personal security detail) and convoy security… but it’s a rush!
