Since toll-free numbers have no identifiable OCN + LATA higher rates will apply. By not allowing non-jurisdictional numbers to pass we are able to keep your rates lower. That said, you can pass any 10 digit number with an identifiable OCN + LATA. It does not have to be a Teliax provided number.
