Is Congress Ignoring Unintended Consequences?

Why would anyone think that the consequences of the Liberal/Marxist policies are unintended. Geeze! If no good crisis should go to waste, then why not create a good crisis? But…After reading the article I see is it about SSRI’s and birth defects. I am sorry for the woman whose son has heart defects. This is a tough row to hoe for anyone, but…heart defects happen in children whose moms have never taken any medicine of any sort.
