Is confidentiality an impediment to the assessment process?
Not at all. Over time we have earned the trust and respect of the participating organisations we have worked with. Our examiners each sign up to a strict ethical code of conduct to ensure integrity and confidentiality throughout the process. We manage all the information we receive with the strictest discretion and over the past 10 years we have not had a single incident that would compromise the interests of the participating organisations.
