Is Conduct Disorder/Antisocial Personality Disorder for life?

You can break out of it. That’s the thing about “disorders”. Everyone has personality traits, it’s just a matter of how strong that trait is. I really don’t look at disorders as either having them or not having them. It’s really just a label for someone whose trait is obvious in their personality. (If that makes any sense?) I used to have ridiculous social anxiety. After growing up, going through high school, college, jobs, etc. it gradually disappeared. I still have anxiety at times but I wouldn’t consider myself as having a disorder of any kind, even though I used to think so.
