Is compressed natural gas (“CNG”) also covered by the Rule?
A. No. The Rule applies only to liquid automotive fuels and does not cover CNG. The term “automotive fuel” includes, but is not limited to, the liquid fuels listed in section 306.0(i) of the Rule. Q.
