Well using web proxies, you can safely browse any site though technically it can still not be called anonymous browsing. The reason being, the proxy owner itself can track your IP usage like what IP has opened what site but really, that’s pretty much it what he can get. And to be realistic, proxy owners have no incentive to start tracking its users browsing history. Most of them are just running proxies to make some money.
