Is Complan ‘wheat-free’?
None of the ingredients used in Complan are derived from wheat, and for most purposes the product can be considered ‘wheat free’. However, it is made in a factory that uses wheat in other products, and although strict precautions are taken to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot rule out the possibility that minute traces of wheat might be present. If you are extremely sensitive to wheat then it might be better to avoid Complan.
