I’m not sure about Colour Oops specifically, but I know hair colour remover is available here. Brands like Colour Zap, and just boxes labeled Colour Remover. I’ve bought some from Priceline, Price Attack and Hairhouse Warehouse (a hair product store with amazing stuff in it. I know there’s one in Brisbane, in Chermside, and one in Melbourne, although I don’t remember where). Also, I’ve even seen some colour remover in a very large Woolworths, Target and Coles.
