Over the years, we have sought to make Colorado HomeFinder the perfect solution for anyone seeking to buy or sell real estate in Colorado. We think we have a great service. So do the hundreds of clients who have purchased or sold a home with us. However, we have also found that there are some types of buyers and sellers who prefer not to use our service. These include: -Buyers who refuse to work with a Buyer’s Agent and prefer to do all of the work on their own. Considering that it doesn’t cost anything to use a Buyer’s Agent, we have never quite understood why anyone would not want to work with an expert.
