Is Cognitive Therapy a Permanent Solution for Depression?
For some people, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a permanent solution for Depression and Depression Disorders. For others, it isn’t. This is largely dependent on how open your mind is to the idea of changing your thought patterns. While changing those patterns is possible for everyone, there are some people who simply cannot move past mental obstacles or past experiences to allow this to happen.
