Cody Rhodes is completely overshadowed by Ted DiBiase Jr. and his fans. The reason Ted DiBiase Jr overshadows Cody Rhodes is because of the fact that he’s looked as something special. They made his debut in WWE special. He was given a special debut by winning the World Tag Team championship. Cody Rhodes wasn’t booked or portrayed as anything special. He started by jobbing to Randy Orton to defend his father. Ted DiBiase Jr. is portrayed as WWE’s future, the bigger and better member of Legacy. The Ted DiBiase Jr. fans follow that hype and only give attention to DiBiase. Cody Rhodes wasn’t booked similarly, which is the reason why Cody Rhodes is looked as the “deadweight” of Legacy while Ted DiBiase Jr. has a bright future in the company. I honestly don’t understand where the hype is coming from. I have watched Ted DiBiase Jr’s matches outside of the WWE.
