Is CM/ECF (electronic case filing)mandatory in the Bankruptcy Court, District of Connecticut?

0

Yes, beginning August 1, 2005 all filings made in the Bankruptcy Court, District of Connecticut must be made utilizing the court’s electronic case filing system (CM/ECF), unless otherwise allowed by the court. Note however that pro se parties will still file conventionally in paper format, although the paper documents will be converted to electronic format and docketed in ECF.
