He’s not exactly with Tifa, it all depends on the person’s perspective point of view. But I don’t think the creator’s have intended for Cloud to be gay, but then again others may think that (Again leading to POV) If some think he’s gay beacause he had to dress up as a girl, then, no. He didn’t want Aerith to go in there alone, and didn’t want to leave Tifa in there. But if you play the game, and Don chooses Cloud as his ‘lucky lady’, and tells Cloud to kiss him, I personaly think Cloud was ‘pretending’ to kiss the guy.
