First to explain what a license is which I call “Copyright Change License”. This is a license like the Shared Source license of Microsoft. The CLL is not compatible to these type of licenses. Those type of licenses allow the licensor to take over the Copyright of the changes made to “their” software. As the CLL does not allow anybody to take over the Copyright, such licenses are fundamentally incompatible with CLLed code. Note that this probably also means, that Copyright Change Licenses are incompatible with German Urheberrecht anyway (as in Germany you are not allowed to restrict ones Urheberrecht, and these type of Licenses exactly try to do this).
