Is Cleveland one of the ugliest, worst American cities?

No, Cleveland has a bad rep. Cleveland has a lovely Lakefront, a very nice warehouse restaurant district, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, a wonderful art museum, and one of the nicest baseball parks’ in America, Jacob’s Field.

Cleveland is like a lot of other places. I live in the inner city, and we have nice homes here, and other places that are unsightly. Downtown Cleveland is cool, a little busy, and we’re remodeling the Flats (entertainment, bars, etc.) The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is a lovely place as well. It is very poor, but it is what one makes it. We are proud of LeBron and the Cavaliers, and we always root for the Browns. The Quicken Loans Arena is an exciting place to be when the Cavs are doing their thing. Otherwise, there’s nothing spectacular about Cleveland, this is just home. I went to Detroit in Oct., and it looked terrible. The casinos were closing, and lodging was too high. If you travel outside of Cleveland to its surrounding suburbs, you can find wonderful eateries and great places to shop. They fixed up a huge area of land called the SteelYard, with a bunch of great places to eat and shop. It’s pretty cool.
