Is cleansing safe during pregnancy/nursing/post-surgery/old age/young age?
Cleansing is essentially eating well. You use whole grains, whole beans, dozens of fresh vegetables, broths, soups, juices, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, pure oils, clean water, mineral-rich Celtic sea salt, deep sea and fresh water algaes, and organic herbs and spices. You remove junk food, fried foods, fast foods, fake foods, processed sugars, processed meats, preservatives, and artificial colorings. Because of the litigious culture we live in, How Health Works can’t say that the above foods are beneficial during pregnancy, nursing, surgery, etc. We believe it is, but that’s a decision that needs to be left to each individual.
