Is CLE/CPE credit available on CDs?
CLE: Many states will grant attorneys self-study CLE credits for listening to CDs. For most states, it is not necessary to pay Strafford’s CLE processing fee to obtain and report such credits. Check with your state CLE board about how to meet the requirements. NY and CT CLE rules uniquely require self-study CD listeners to verify their participation by submitting the NY CLE Official Record of Attendance that includes a code recorded during the teleconference. In these instances the regular CLE processing fee of $65 per person per state applies. CPE: Strafford is not currently certified as a self-study continuing education provider for CPE credits.
