Is CLE/CPE credit available on CD/DVD recordings?
CLE: Strafford’s legal teleconference CD/DVD recordings are pre-approved for self-study credit in AK, AZ, CA, MO, MT, NH, NV, TX, VT, WA. Self-study credits are also available in CO, CT*, FL, GA, ID, KY, LA, ME, NM, ND, NY*, OR, UT, WI, WV, WY. If you are self-reporting in one of these states, please contact Strafford’s CLE department to request that the program be registered in your state (email CLE@straffordpub.com or call 1-800-926-7926 ext. 21). *NY and CT CLE rules uniquely require self-study CD listeners to verify their participation by submitting the NY CLE Official Record of Attendance that includes a code recorded during the teleconference. In these instances, Strafford must process the credits and the regular CLE processing fee of $65 per person per state applies. For additional information and specific requirements, contact your state CLE board. CPE: Strafford is not currently certified as a self-study continuing education provider for CPE credits.
