– I define popular music as all music people listen to today that isn’t considered clas sical (includes rock, jazz, indie stuff, etc.) – I was considering making “Depends on the two songs you are comparing” an option–because a lot of popular music really is just bad (spice girls, green day, tool, etc.)–but I want you to consider respected cla ssical music vs. really good popular music (good jazz, indie rock, stuff pitchfork approves of in general, etc).
