Is civil disobedience appropriate?

In most circumstances similar to this one, I would say “no.” However, Scientology has a policy they call “fair game”, meaning anything (and I mean ANYTHING) is acceptable when it comes to taking down critics: ENEMY — SP Order. Fair game. May be deprived of property or injured by any means by any Scientologist without any discipline of the Scientologist. May be tricked, sued or lied to or destroyed. If nonviolent civil disobedience is what it takes to stop Scientology, so be it. Go Anon!
