Is ciabatta bread more fattening than normal white bread?

Actually it is not, as it does not contain olive oil, it is actually not got any measurable fat in it, that is why it is only good for a day or 2, I am a former chef (20+ years and worked with Italian cuisine)and it is made with a double rise, and that is why it has such large holes in the body of the bread, now commercially made kinds may use some veg oil to soften the dough, but traditional ciabatta is fat free, and low sodium.
