It definitely is! Spiritual beliefs have shaped how mankind has thought and acted since time unmemorable. Also, a portion of Christianity’s morals (abstinence, respect, avoiding murder, etc) are a major part of daily life. Sure, there have been wars, mass murder, and all that stuff by the zealous in belief, but beliefs aren’t the real cause of harm. People alone harm people. If more people focused on the disciplines and morals mentioned in the Bible instead of such selfish desires as wealth, glory, fame, popularity, premarital sex, and belonging to cliques, we would have less of the chaos that plagues this world. Whether you are religious or not, you should at least adhere to some of the disciplines mentioned in the Bible, specifically the commandments (excluding the faith ones, if you are not religious).
