No, it isn’t… if it were you could hardly eat it and you certainly wouldn’t enjoy it. Chocolate is comprised of chocolate liqueur and cocoa butter (both from the cacao bean), plus sugar, milk (in the case of milk chocolate) and flavorings. Choclatique’s Dark Chocolate contains 64% cacao; our Milk Chocolate contains 32% cacao, and our White Chocolate contains 33% cacao. We use no waxes or vegetable oils (other than cocoa butter), artificial colors or preservatives. There are “0” Trans Fats in Choclatique chocolates. Choclatique’s final blends are bold, with the unique flavor characteristics of rare heirloom varietal chocolates.
