In a study of 54 patients enrolled (excluding another 18 patients with incomplete data), 82 percent experienced 50 to 100 point reductions in cholesterol with an average 65 points over the initial 30 days. Hypertensive patients experienced a significant drop in blood pressure. Note: Always consult your physician before stopping use of medications.
