Is Chinese (not Cantonese) / English marriage “interracial”???

Chinese are ASIAN (one of the 3 main world races), and English for the most part, are CAUCASIAN (another of the 3 main world races). I know, there ARE other than Caucasians in England, but bear with me. So a marriage between an Asian (Chinese) and a Caucasian (Englishman/woman) WOULD be considered ‘interracial.” So, get off your high horse. I thought CANTONESE was a CHINESE DIALECT, as apposed to Gan, Hakka, Hui, Jin, Mandarin, Minbei, Minnan, Pinghua, Tuhua, Wu, Xiang, and Yue.
