Is Chinese massage necessary to treat sprain ankle?

chinese isn’t neccesary but massage does help you regain full function in your ankle. If you get the right therapist it can help a lot. You can see a sports massage therapist they’ll know how to handle it or you can see an injury massage therapist. I’ve been trained in both and we spent specific time discussing how to treat them to make them better. Just so you know while the injury is still new no therapist should work directly on the injured area but above the area to help the edema go down, just until the ankle heals enough to be able to be worked on.
