Is Chinese chicken stir fry healthy?
It really depends on what’s in the stir fry. Sometimes, Chinese food can have a lot of oil/fat in it which is one reason it tastes so good. If the stir fry contains noodles, that can add carbs and more fat. If you make it yourself, you could make it a lot healthier by knowing what is in it. For instance, you could use boneless, skinless chicken meat and whatever veggies you wanted with just a little bit of peanut oil and/or sesame seed oil. You also have to watch the sodium content. Chinese food in general is high in salt. Try using a low sodium soy sauce and that will make it less salty. Hope that helps. Good luck!
