Is chinese brown fried rice and vegetables healthy to eat everyday?
I won’t be biased about this since I myself am not chinese. Vegetables is indeed healthy to eat everyday since it’s very nutritious. The fried rice isn’t healthy though. The brown rice itself is healthy, but once you fry it and use oil then it’s not anymore. Too much oil isn’t good for the body. Go for steamed or cook rice instead and continue eating veggies.
