Is Chill just a modified form of Burn?
(Hugh) It does not have the same costs and affects as CM: Burn. XXXXXXXX spends a considerable amount of time studying the Chill Tome which is written in the elven language, and learns all that is required to start using the CM – Chill Spell.. Unfortunately the tome disappears before XXXXXXXXXX’s eyes! This spell will lower the body temperature of your targeted foe, unless they resist your magic. A shivering foe is easier to hit, and will not hit you as well. CM – Chill uses the standard x/y setting scheme, does not work vs. skeletons or zombies, and can be cast at Long, Medium, or Short Range.
