Is Chile a poor country?
Haiti is one of the poorest countries in the world. Chile is the cleanest country I have ever seen in over twenty years of travelling on five continents. Mostly it has very high standards, but there are some poor areas. It is very productive with minerals fruits vegetables exports and a huge wine industry, engineering, the world’s largest copper mine, and hosts the European Southern Observatory which is one of the finest astronomical observatories in the world, with obvervatories on Mount Paranal,La Scilla, and other sites in the Atacama desert in the north of Chile. http://www.eso.org/public/science/top10.… . . . . . http://astroprofspage.com/wp-content/upl… . . . . . .
