Is Chicago encouraging people to submit applications by the first deadline?
We’re encouraging prospective students to submit when they have the best application ready. If we’re your top choice, my advice is: don’t sacrifice the quality of your application for speed in submitting it. Q: How many students do you usually take in that first round?
