Is cheese unhealthy?
CHEESE IS DEFINITELY VERY BAD FOR ME! Although cheese tastes fabulous it is only good for me in small amounts- on a salad, provided there are no tomatoes or lemon dressing on that salad- and no croutons or bread with it. Cheese with carbohydrates makes me lazy after I eat them together. They make me feel like I need a nap. When I mist cheese with tomatoes or citrus, it definitely causes me to form kidney stones. Sometimes I can’t bend over properly and find it impossible to walk straight, sit or stand. Reports by some doctors claim the body excretes more calcium than it cheese contains after eating it. This is because of the protein it also contains. In european countries where older people consume cheese they become shorter and their posture becomes stooped. This suggests milk products, such as cheese, may cause poor posture and even osteoporosis. It also contains a good deal of animal fat said to clog our arteries.
