Is checked baggage service available on all Greyhound routes?
No. In a limited number of markets in the Northeast, passengers will be responsible for placing their baggage directly in the baggage compartment and removing it at transfer points and at their final destination. Baggage will be limited to two (2) pieces per adult and one (1) piece for a half-fare (children’s) ticket. Any excess baggage must be shipped through Greyhound PackageXpress (GPX). Neither Greyhound nor other participating bus carriers will be responsible for the loss of or damage to baggage in excess of the value allowances.
