Is Chase.com supported for Online Banking?

I use Chase.com for my online banking, which I believe is officially JP Morgan Bank Chase, N.A. Neither “Chase”, “Chase Manhattan” nor “J.P. Morgan Chase – Texas” will let me log in for online banking, although Chase’s web site make mention of having to set-up a monthly fee Direct Account access for Financial Management software. It however also mentions that Quicken users don’t need to set this up, as they support some sort of direct web access. So essentially, my question would be is this Chase bank supported for online banking, and if so, is it via the monthly fee direct access fee, or am I just screwing up something else. I’ve had no problem setting up on-line access to my credit cards, so this is a big improvement over my ancient version of MS Money 2000 even with just my checking/savings working in web .ofx download mode.
