The Insure Oklahoma/O-EPIC program provides a health coverage option to uninsured adults between 19-64 years of age whose household income is no more than 200% of the federal poverty level (FPL), who are not receiving Medicaid or Medicare. Chamber Choice BlueOptions and HMO Value Option plans are Insure Oklahoma/O-EPIC qualified health plans, so companies under these plans may qualify for health care premium assistance through Insure Oklahoma/O-EPIC.
