Mahalo does not offer phone answers like Cha Cha. I currently use Cha Cha for a quick question or answer when I’m on the go. Simply call Cha Cha 800-2ChaCha or SMS 242242 and Cha Cha will answer you within a few moments. So, yes I believe it’s more convenient at times because the answer is sent to you, opposed to having to browse the web. With Cha Cha you don’t have to even have an Internet connection, all you need is SMS enabled on your phone.
