Is cerebrum the same thing as cerebellum?
No. The Cerebrum is the part of the brain with fissures and bumps – which covers almost the entire brain surface. The Cerebrum is concerned with intelligence, personality, as well as control of the sensory and motor domains. The Cerebellum is the two large knobs hanging in the posterior (back) part of the brain. The Cerebellum is concerned with balance and proprioception.
