Is CE worth getting just few points into or maxing it?
Max it, definitely. No matter what, this is the skill that will keep your Necromancer the fastest killer in Hell than any other. It’s radius is about 15 yards, past the screen, which means it can hit other groups of monsters as well, which means that you can kill really fast. CE is undoubtedly the strongest spell in the game, because it scales with the monsters base HP, even if a group’s got Hell Izual’s HP, it’ll still do the same damage, and if 3 of those die, the rest WILL fall after CE bombs. Try saying another spell that would 25 Hell Izual’s in roughly 1 second, or even 5 minutes if you will.
