The Sydney Catapult is open to anyone including undergrads, postgrads, postdocs, lecturers. Young innovators and entrepreneurs not currently enrolled in University are also encouraged to apply. The only requirement is that one bona fide competitor in each team must be a current Sydney University student (full time or part time).
