Is caprylic acid really good to handle candida?
Caprylic acid is definitely one of the possible products out of 50 that I know of that could be used against candida. Caprylic acid has the advantage of being able to coat the intestinal tract, due to the fact that it’s an oily, fatty substance, and absorb into the intestinal membrane or cell, thereby killing candida that’s permeated into the tissues. However, caprylic acid in actuality is not one of the more potent killers of candida. And it also is only effective in the intestinal tract. It cannot kill yeast that has migrated to any other place in the body.
