Is campus housing available for freshmen?
About 60 percent of freshmen live on campus and take advantage of the programming and convenience of residence life. Housing is not guaranteed, so it is important to pay your enrollment fee and housing application fee as soon as possible. The University holds 1000 beds for our incoming freshmen class. You can only apply for housing if you have been accepted to Montclair State University. A $125 housing application fee, along with all enrollment fees and enrollment confirmation form, included in your admissions letter, must be received and processed for you to then complete the on-line RMS housing application. The housing application is available on-line at http://rms.montclair.edu/. All items are required in order for your housing application to be considered complete.
