Yes, CalliGrapher 7.0 or later supports Pocket PC 2003. CalliGrapher can be installed on devices with Microsoft Transcriber already in ROM. When you install CalliGrapher on Pocket PC 2003, it will replace Microsoft Transcriber. The original Transcriber configuration will be automatically restored, when CalliGrapher is uninstalled from the mobile device. CalliGrapher 7.3 or later is also compatible with Pocket PC 2003SE devices including landscape mode and full-VGA screen.
