Is Caller ID technology used for Archs call capture capabilities?

Many of Arch’s services provide call capture as a feature. However, Arch uses ANI Call Capture technology to identify these calls, not Caller ID. Though similar, the two technologies do have subtle differences. For instance, Caller ID Blocking has no effect on ANI Call Capture. The number is still captured whereas with Caller ID, the number would be unavailable.
