Is Calif Governor Arnold Orthodox Republican Believing in their Corner Stone Doctrine Cut Taxes Balance Budget?
As governor of a state, Schwarzenegger is obligated to balance the budget. He cannot rely upon unproven economic theories that some say may produce more revenue in the future. He cannot borrow more money for the state than it can conceivably pay back. And above all, he cannot print money. Only the Federal government can continually maintain an unbalanced budget.
