Caesars Palace & the Forum Shops are extremely well “ventilated” If you have a problem with smoke. Stay away from the older resorts. Flamingo Tropicana Sahara Circus Circus Casino Royale Slots-A-Fun Imperial Palace Bill’s Gamblin Hall Riviera The only hotels I would recommend downtown would be the Golden Nugget and Main Street Station – MSS is only 10 years old and has very good ventilation and high ceilings, the GN has been renovated several times. Not that these places are necessarily bad, but for someone who is extremely sensitive to smoke the the new or newly renovated mega resorts have less of a problem.
